IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS FOR PARTNER STATES
The United Way ALICE Project recognizes that every state is economically and geographically diverse and that state averages mask significant differences between counties and even within counties, between municipalities. Data are calculated for 2007 and 2010 to compare the beginning and the end of the economic downturn known as the Great Recession, and then recalculated every two years to reveal any change over time.
